Rose & Lychee
Bright and fruity. Ok, time for something fun. We have been on the fence for some time about co ferments and their place in speciality coffee. We find them often overly fermented, unbalanced and quite frankly displeasing. (im not selling them am I?)
However, when coffees are co fermented and not infused we find them much more integrated and delicious. We are using this rose co-ferment in our cold drinks and also espresso martinis. I really feel that’s an excellent use of them.. however, I also think in a flat white they taste like the best Turkish Delight you’ve ever had!
Enjoy this one, no need to overthink. It's fun, juicy and super easy to use. More importantly it’s a brilliant coffee to help bridge the gap between non speciality coffee drinkers.
