A bright and juicy coffee from one of the best producers there is. Edinson elevated this already impressive varietal via Yeast inoculated thermal shock washed process. Quite the process. This sounds like it might be perhaps a big fermented coffee but it’s quite the opposite. It’s expressive and clean. Expect a cup full of tropical and citrus notes. I think best enjoyed in the sunshine.
