03 is a release that divides the coffee world. Co-ferments are seen as cheating, or unsure. Regardless of the feelings amognsts the purists we believe there is a space within speciality coffee for them. They’re fun, engaging and when done correctly, they are delicious.
These coffee have the same impact as those of the natural Ethiopians back in 2016 (for me).

This Caturra lot is fermented with Passionfruit and yeast to produce a big juicy cup. Caturra naturally brings body and sweetness.
