For nearly eight years, we’ve hosted regular coffee tastings, a chance to slow down and really explore what makes great coffee so special. Since moving further into roasting, and with the chaos of a new shop, these have taken a bit of a back seat. That said, they’re something we truly believe in and we’re excited to bring them back.
These sessions are for everyone. Whether you’re just starting to explore speciality coffee, or you already know your way around a cupping spoon, there’s something here for you.
We’ll guide you through how we source and roast our coffees, what we look for in a standout lot, and how processing and varietal shape flavour. Most importantly, we’ll taste side by side a selection of exceptional coffees, breaking down what you’re experiencing and helping you build a deeper understanding of flavour.
It’s relaxed, informative, and genuinely eye-opening. Coffee can be far more expressive than most people realise, this is your chance to experience that firsthand.
