Bright lemon, Peach & Oolong
I guess you could describe this as one “Hull” of a coffee. Both myself (luke) & Simon went to the same high school. Later in life we both got into coffee. Simon worked for a famous UK importer before settling down in Peru with his now wife Merlith. They both own and manage Chacra coffee aswell as farming too. Their farm Las Etiopes focusses on planting rare varietals such as this Heirloom (Ethiopia). With a really meticulous approach to processing comes an incredbly clean vibrant cup filled with stone fruits, and citurs.
We have had the pleasure of hosting Simon & Merlith in the cafe in both Hull and Beverley as they regularly visit when visiting Simons parents. We share lots. of coffees as they tell us about upcoming adventures and ongoings at the farm. We’re still waiting on the invite to visit…
